The free tier grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use PrivBatch's tools for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the 20-file batch limit per session. Watermark is appended as a comment after JSON output - does not affect data validity. No payment or account is required.
A Pro licence grants one named individual the right to use PrivBatch on any number of personal devices. The licence is non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals or used in automated pipelines without a Business licence.
A Pro Business licence includes all Pro benefits plus access to the GDPR Documentation Suite (DPA generator, Consent Receipts, Article 30 RoPA records, plus Bundle Mode for multi-tool audit ZIPs) and priority email support.
PrivBatch's client-side code is proprietary. Third-party libraries (PapaParse, SheetJS, JSZip, jsPDF) are distributed under their respective open-source licences (MIT / Apache 2.0).
